Rob Andrews City Council Member at Large Visits Ridge Hill Apartments
An at large council member represents the whole city of Aurora rather than a specific area or section.
Rob Andrews visited the apartment complex on June 24, 2026 at 2:00 pm. As of July 27, 2026 I don't believe Rob did anything to make the city take a more serious action against the apartment complex. I only received one update from his assistant stating that the proposed landlord licensing act in Aurora was not being actively documented and only talked about as a possibility. Ward 3 Council Member is not communicating with me about what actions are being taken. Opinions: It appears that they do not give a shit about the health and safety of the people at the complex or at any apartment complex. The most recent action the city has taken against an apartment complex was the incident that sparked national news concerning the alleged gang take over at an apartment complex in 2025. The city probably only took action because of the attention that was brought to that issue.

He is responsible for a specific physical area of Aurora and the Ridge Hill Apartment is located in that area, district or ward. I have complained multiple times to Ruben Medina about Ridge Hill Apartments. Keep records of contacting him and send me the information. Because he is neglecting the issues. He did address my stairs and parking structure but neglected others.

Slum Lord is Desperate For Good Reviews Online
I saw a flyer in the office that was asking tenants to give reviews on the platform Apartments.com (green themed colored website), which is their main selling platform to get more uninformed tenants. Is management giving money, discounts or incentives to tenants in order to get good reviews online?
The manager Brad Dever's punk ass is desperate. I recommend writing reviews and posting pictures on Yelp because they will make it public immediately and not allow the business to pay to remove reviews. You can write reviews on Apartments.com but can NOT post pictures. Apartments.com can sometimes suppress bad reviews. You can post picture's & video's on Facebook then tag the ridge hill apartments page. I made a Facebook page and their is another unofficial page that have been made by James A. Norman II. The pics / vids will show up in the search results. See Links Below for the Facebook pages. I wrote a bad review on google and they were successful on taking it down. Google reviews is notorious for allowing properties to hide bad reviews. You will have to dig in order to find the bad reviews. I still recommend posting an honest review, pictures & videos on all review platforms even google.
Update August 1, 2026 I got insider information that Brad Dever has quit his job. Brad last day at work was July 17, 2026 and he got hired at another job before resigning. Apparently the owner or owners were holding him accountable for big repair projects not being completed on time. Aubrie Pegs is now the apartment manager. I believe I got the owner pissed off and they put the pressure on his bitch ass LOL.

About Ridge Hill Apartments
I have not confirmed who exactly the owner is but from two different records their is two name's but their appears to be one owner. It is either Karen Slade OR Ms. Lori Sarconi her email is associated with the domain is www.sanctuaryapts.com According to code enforcement research it appears to be Karen but from the engineer reports it states Lori? See records page on this website.
Ridge Hill Apartments was built in year 1985 and has grown to 576 units. It is only 1 and 2 bedrooms. The business entity is listed as Ridge Hill Holdings L.P. a partnership structure common in real estate development and management.
Currently Aurora city council is working on a landlord licensing program which would expose who the owners are and make it more transparent with licensing.
