History of Violations at Ridge Hill Apartments

Unsafe parking garage structures have been reported as far back as the year 2009 according to the records of citizen complaints. Internal emails show that building division and code enforcement are unsure of the safety of the garage's at ridge hill. See images below of screen shots of complaints. Yet code enforcement approve's of the use by tenants risking their lives. Nothing in the engineer report approves of the use of the parking garages at ridge hill. An engineer can go to prison if he approves the use of an unsafe building and it injures or kills people due to collapse. I learned in school about the APPROVAL Process of steel structures and bridge design. Engineers and AWS Certified Welding Inspectors have to approve and accept liability for the structures. If design is not safe and injures people then they can go to prison.
Currently management is spending an estimated $15,000 to $20,000 of just materials alone on replacing the landscaping wood / retaining walls throughout the complex. I do NOT know how much they are paying the contractor for labor and services. But the contractors name is VP Contracting. I found a distributor of lumber who said they are the supplier to the contractor servicing ridge hill apartments. I got a quote for the wood material. The only difference was the color.I will call back and get an exact quote. For each bundle of wood which is brown landscaping pine wood 6'' X 6"' and 8 feet long. A bundle is 28 pieces. The price for a bundle of 28 pieces of wood is $1026.54 The brand of wood is All Weather Wood. The company I got the quote from is Adams Lumber in Aurora Colorado USA. I was told by an employee of the contractor that they are spending $40 for each piece of wood.

Christian Caldwell an alleged tenant of 12 year's seems too agree with how the property has been managed and that it is safe. Christian sent an email on July 2, 2026 at 7:09 PM and is going to set up a meeting with management and city officials. Will all tenants be notified, informed and welcomed to the meeting ? ? ?
I have a belief and feeling that all the tenants will not be notified about the meeting. Only ass kissers will be invited. If you see this meeting happening bring your cameras and record the meeting.
According to Christian Caldwell public Facebook page he ran for a state political position under the democratic party. He has many association's to individuals in the democratic party city and state officials. I have been complaining to Aurora City Councilor Ruben Medina since last year about the apartment complex. I emailed him in the month of May videos and told him to physically visit the property. No response. Then I talked to him in person in June at a Ward 3 meeting and Ruben confirmed he saw the videos. I told him that code enforcement was not doing their job and enforcement. Ruben ignored me and my complaints. Then Christian Caldwell posted on his Facebook page the same information in his email to me and Ruben Medina who is a democrat responded to the email stating that he wanted to meet with Christian Caldwell. All of a sudden Ruben Medina wants to visit the Ridge Hill Apartment Complex after a well known democrat associate that promotes the apartment complex as a great environment.
I will let you make your own decision and conclusion. I will tell you this I am a well known independent voter who does not worship no political parties or officials. I only want you to know the truth and present the evidence. Straight from the horses mouth as we say in America.
On June 9, 2026 at a Ward 3 meeting I talked with Ruben Medina. Ruben confirmed he received my email with video links and stated that the apartment complex got that way with years of neglect. But now he wants to visit the apartment complex after Rob Andrews visit and Christians Facebook post.

In my Opinion Caldwell is going to have a meeting with management, city officials and take pictures smiling. Posting it on social media, pretending it was a productive meeting and that all the problems will be magically solved because the democratic party saved the day. When not many people / tenants will know of the meeting and that it occurred. It will not be video recorded or audio recorded because lies are easy to hide when nothing is being recorded. Ruben Medina will appear to not have neglected the issue that I presented to him and code enforcement.
